I’m taking preorders for kings cake “Rosca De Reyes”. I have two styles; traditional and Nutella with peanuts & chocolate chips 😋
* Each rosca comes with 3 muñecos

Rosca de Reyes is a traditional orange-flavored sweet bread. In the Mexican culture it’s shared and enjoyed with family and friends on Epiphany day or Kings day on Jan 6th.

I’m grateful for all the support. Many of you have followed my baking journey since the very beginning in high school. I’m grateful for all my loyal customers and new ones.

I’ve learned a lot these past years. Owning a business is a bittersweet feeling. I started without knowing much of the back end of a business. I have learned a lot by trial and error. The first step it going for it. You’ll never be fully prepared for something. So I’m grateful that I went for it.

Earlier this year I graduated with my associates in culinary school. I was involved in several competitions state & nationals. Which definitely shaped me. I never really knew which direction I wanted to take this business but as time passes by it’s more clearer.
