While it may be a sweltering 94° outside, it is only 49 days until the Chiefs kickoff for their first preseason game! I'm looking forward to cooler weather and cheering on our boys in red.

These are a portion of the cookies that went towards a die hard fan celebrating man cave of the year! I may have went a little overboard with the amount of designs, but I love the way they turned out.

Today is the last day of Teacher Appreciation Week! 👩‍🏫🎒

These cookies were ordered for a full array of school staff- classroom teachers, administration staff, support/special teachers and staff. As a former teacher myself, it was great to make these for amazing people who do so much for so little (money, appreciation, etc).

Make sure you take the time to thank the teachers in your life- not just this week, but all throughout the year! ❤️

This is a strawberry shortcake cake- alternating layers of strawberry and vanilla cakes, with vanilla frosting, strawberry filling, and strawberry shortcake crumbles on the outside.

Everything is edible from the money to the crumble covered white chocolate strawberries.

These cookies went to a physical therapist as a thank you before moving out of state! 💪💙

Not certain which is my favorite, maybe the x-ray or the physical therapy cookie...

Strawberry shortcake cupcakes 🧁🍓😋

These are vanilla cupcakes filled with fresh strawberry filling. There are two main options for frosting- whipped cream (which is fluffy and delicious) or Swiss meringue buttercream (which holds up better in heat or for extended amounts of time). These are finished with a homemade strawberry shortcake crumble, which I daresay is even better than the nostalgic ice cream bars!
