MISSOURI EXTENDS LICENSE RENEWAL DATES FOR 2020!

Broker expiration dates extended from June 30, 2020 to August 31, 2020 Salesperson expiration dates extended from September 30, 2020 to October 31, 2020

KANSAS EXTENDS LICENSE RENEWAL DATES!

The Governor issued an Executive Order requiring State licensing authorities to extend the renewal deadline for licenses expiring during the State of Emergency Disaster Declaration, if the licenses were in good standing on March 12, 2020. The extension lasts until 90 days after the State of Disaster Emergency ends. Licenses that were current and valid on March 12, 2020 will remain valid until the extension expires. The deadlines for CE requirements are also extended until 90 days after the end of the State of Disaster Emergency.

Tonight (7/24/17) our evening Salesperson Pre-Exam and Practice Course will be held at a different location since Saturday's storm cut off power at our offices. They will be held at:

Directions:
- On 435 take the Nall Ave exit
- Go south on Nall Ave

- The first building on the right is where the classes are held (this is directly behind the front the of Sheraton Hotel, if you are at the Overland Park Convention Center you have gone too far)
