Our guacamole is made fresh every day from ripe avocados, chile serrano, minced onion & lime, and garnished with queso fresco & microgreens. Served with warm, freshly fried salted tortilla chips. Done simply to let the rich avocado shine, as it should be. A perfect way to start your meal!

FRIED CALAMARI 😋🦑

Our calamari is cut fresh daily and tossed in our flavorful house breading before being flash-fried and laid on a bed of our signature roasted red bell pepper sauce and garnished with shaved Parmesan cheese and our chopped fresh herb mix. A customer favorite!

BURRITO AHOGADO 🤤🍴

You might want to bring a date to share this one! Your choice of CHICKEN or CARNITAS are wrapped with mozzarella cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, fresh guacamole, rice in a giant flour tortilla and smothered with our flavorful housemade roasted red bell pepper sauce, then drizzled with lime crema. A Latin American Feast!

Get your margarita fix in the following ways at Brix:
1. Traditional margaritas on the rocks- pick your favorite flavor and sip away!
2. Brix Airlines Flights- you’ve seen them here on our Instagram page. Choose your spirit and we’ll mix up 5 different vivid flavors of shots for you. If you choose tequila, they’re margarita shots! Up to 9 shots can fit on one plane, but there’s a 5 shot minimum. Ask us about adding additional shots to your flight.
3. Margarita Flights- whether you choose top shelf or standard tequila, we’ll shake it up and serve you 4 different flavored margaritas that are smaller than our standard individual size, so you can try them all!
