What is culture acquisition?
Cohorts become acclimated to their host cultures by taking on the attitude of a learner and beginning to communicate the Gospel faithfully and effectively.

Fusion aims to not only equip students in their college years, but to prepare them for a lifetime of faithful service. Fusion alumna Emily shared how her experience in the program impacted her.

“My time at Fusion, and Spurgeon College, completely shaped what I know of ministry, missions, what a disciple is, and what the church is. It gave me a direction and a foundation for a lifetime of faithfulness, and it did that by using the word of God and the church.”

Zeal is good, especially when accompanied by knowledge. Fusion Masters students will be equipped with the biblical training required for theologically faithful missionary service. While not sacrificing the urgent task among the nations, students will invest a full year into intense biblical training in preparation for a lifetime of making disciples and planting churches.

Fusion Teams Return from Missionary Service Spurgeon College hosted the Fusion Commitment Ceremony in Midwestern Seminary’s chapel on July 29, welcoming back nine missionary teams from three months of overseas service.

Last Friday we finished the Fusion 2021-2022. 47 Fusion and Fusion Impact students committed to a lifetime of making disciples for God's glory by reciting the Fusion Creed:

As a Follower of Christ,
I am called not to comfort or success but to obedience,
Consequently- my life is to be defined not by what I do, but by who I am
Henceforth- I will proclaim His name without fear, follow Him without regret, and serve him without compromise
Thus,- to obey is my objective, to suffer is expected, His glory is my reward
Therefore, to Christ alone be all power, all honor and all glory
That the world may know, amen!

What is a Biblical Adult?
A biblical adult is one who not only understands the Word of God and it's implications, but leverages everything in his or her life to that end for the glory of God.
Fusion exists to release biblical adults committed to a lifetime of making disciples for God's glory.
