His food showcases flavors from more exotic locales, with his heartland roots unquestionably present as the base note keeping it grounded and approachable. Having amassed a fantastic reputation in Chicago working for Michelin starred restaurants and successful start-ups, David focuses on local fare complimented with unexpected notes to create an exceptional profile that is both hearty and bright. Browsing the menu will take you through categories of vegetables, meats, and fish, with each main ingredient showcased, but not exclusively. Locally sourced, seasonal ingredients will bring you the best of a thoughtful dining experience, with each category containing plates of various size and substance.
