Brian was as quick to respond as possible. He was great work with and provided honest responses.
Perhaps it's just the low interest rates and lots of people applying, but the process took a lot longer to complete than expected. I would recommend that there is some automated messaging added to the system to let the customer know what the next step is and how long it may take.
