Preferred Criteria:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required Criteria:
Current/valid Driver’s License
Your own vehicle
The ability to read and speak english.
Provide your own tools
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Maintain good documentation of Installations inspections and all work performed on site.
Have your own Liability insurance

Physical Demands/Requirements:
The job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, or rain.
Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses at all times), respirator when required.
Includes crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required.
Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.

Salary: $750.00 - $800.00 weekly

Current/valid Driver’s License
Your own transportation, or truck and trailer
Provide your own equipment
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Maintain good documentation of your work.

KC Maintenance and Rehab Construction is now seeking Residential Property Inspectors. If you are ambitious, attentive and hard-working you may be a fit for KCMRC!

Salaried Position $750 - $800 and paid weekly.

KCMRC provides quality rehab construction with customer service that exceeds expectations by conducting business with a dedication to excellence and integrity and to have a positive impact on each person we come in contact with in order to provide pricing and volume for investors.

Preferred Criteria:
Bilingual
Familiar with Appfolio Software (preferred)
Tech Savvy (send and receive emails, sending pictures and texting)

Required Criteria:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current/valid Driver’s License
Minimum of 3 years experience preferred
Working knowledge of OSHA Safety Practices, Section 8 Requirements.
Maintain good documentation of all property inspections and photos.
