Ever wondered what a day in my life looks like these days? Let’s dive in!
I usually wake up around 5 - 5:40 a.m. depending on how many times the twins were up the during the night. Usually one of the twins are up right after I wake up – so we hang for a bit before getting ready for the day. After breakfast and family time, I head to the gym for my morning sessions, then back to the office to work on the business. After Lunch I hit the road for Uber. It’s a hustle, but it gives me a unique perspective on balancing work and life. 🚗💨
In between rides, I’m constantly brainstorming ways to improve Change iz Fitness and bring more value to you all. It’s been a while since i’ve personally been in the gym, but I recently started carving out some time for my own fitness routine – because health is wealth! 🏋️♂️

Life Update: Where I've Been!
What’s up Y’all! 👋 It’s been a while, and I’ve missed connecting with all of you. A lot has changed since my last post – we (my and my wife @capturedimagery ) welcomed twins into our family (yep, double the joy and double the diapers!), we're also currently planning a move, and I’ve been hustling with Uber and DoorDash, and I’ve been hard at work restructuring Change iz Fitness.
Life has been a whirlwind, but I’ve learned so much about balance, perseverance, and the importance of community. I’m excited to share more about this journey and some exciting new plans for Change iz Fitness. Stay tuned for more updates, and feel free to share what you’ve been up to in the comments! 🙌
