Brian and Nancy were a referral I received last Summer relocating from Canada. I love getting referrals! Nancy and I chatted and I went to work right away based on their needs assessment. Later on she confessed interviewing multiple agents, but I was the only agent that went above and beyond, sending them several loan officers and trying to secure them American financing that worked with Canadian buyers. They ended up using RBC, but that small extra effort earned me some forever clients. I met Brian face to face last July at their new place of business here in Katy. We viewed homes altogether in the Fall, but ultimately I had to put them in a short term rental because their home in Canada on acreage still had not sold. Fast forward to May 2024 and here we are! 🥳🎉Today is the day!! We drove 🚗 all over the map for months on end and today our journey and hard work paid off. Brenham, Richards, Columbus, Huntsville, Silsbee, Rosharon, Crosby, Cleveland, WHEW! We found the home on acreage that checked alllll the boxes in Livingston. 🙌. My journey with Tony and Sona began last May when Archie was a mere peanut in my belly looking around at homes in Towne Lake and Bridgeland. We ended up in a multiple offer situation (surprise) and lost 😞. They were bummed out over the loss and kept going back to the house they loved. So they decided to build it!
