August 1st: Rent is due. Please make sure to pay on time so you can fully enjoy the fantastic events we have planned.

August 2nd: Join us for our annual pool party, featuring a vibrant tropical luau theme! Wear your best Hawaiian attire, enjoy festive music, and soak up the sun with your neighbors.

August 10th: Celebrate National S'mores Day with us! Grab a s'mores kit to take home and enjoy this classic treat with your family and friends.

August 14th: Mark the first day of school with a delightful treat on National Creamsicle Day! After the kids start their school year, stop by for a refreshing creamsicle to celebrate the occasion.

August 22nd: It's time to showcase your adorable pets for Pet of the Month!

July 1: 📅 Rent is due. It starts being late on the 4th, so make sure to get it in on time to avoid any fees!

July 4: 🎆 The office will be closed for Independence Day. Just a friendly reminder: no fireworks on the property, please!

July 9: 🍪 It’s National Sugar Cookie Day! Drop by the office at 10:00 AM for a sweet treat, while supplies last. Don't miss out!

July 18: ❄️ Cool off with freezer pops outside the leasing office starting at 2:30 PM, while supplies last. Yum!

July 22-25: 🏊‍♂️ Join our Safety Around Water lessons! Make sure to sign up ahead of time by contacting the leasing office. We’re here to help with any questions you might have.

July 26: 🌺 It’s time for our annual pool party, the biggest bash of the year! This year’s theme is a Tropical Luau, so come enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, and lots of fun!
