We are HIRING! We are looking for either LPN or RN. The right person would be part time 12 hours every pay period. Responsibilities include patient coordination and education. Please send CV to [email protected].

If you need to have a medication refilled start with the pharmacy first or if you have a general question or comment please start with the office. Our provider gets so many text messages and we do not want to miss something important from our patients or her own family. WE ARE HIRING! our clinic is searching for a RN who either has diabetes education experience or would be willing to learn. This position is for 8 hours per 2 week pay period. Very flexible scheduling and relaxed atmosphere that is centered on the patient. The right person will be responsible for insulin pump trainings, CGM training, diabetes education and some other clinic nursing duties like prior authorizations, clinical patient care and patient phone calls.
