We are looking for candidates to help expand our Artificial Grass installation services. Candidates with prior artificial turf installation preferred, but not required.

You will be responsible for managing other crew members, and the installation process from start to finish. This job requires attention to detail and completing projects in a timely manner.

This is an hourly position with regular hours, and optional hours to work on weekends.

We are looking for individuals with experience in preparing a ground base consisting of Crusher Run and M10. Artificial Turf Experience is preferred, so is retaining wall experience.

Duties:
- Construct base layer for artificial turf installation.
- Move aggregate from the dump site to project site, either shovel, bobcat, or combination.
- Ensure surface is compacted, leveled, and ready for artificial turf.
- Foresee any potential problems, mitigate risk, be proactive.

We are looking for individuals who have experience in the following areas;

+ Landscaping
+ Hardscaping
+ Retaining Walls
+ Grading
+ General Labor

Responsibilities
+ Installing Artificial Turf
+ Moving heavy loads of aggregate with wheel barrow or wagon
+ Laying stone or brick for retaining walls
+ Operating light machinery to include; power broom, plate compactor, and sod cutter
+ Assist with cutting turf and loading and unloading

Requirements
+ Reliable Transportation and Driver's License
+ Able to move, lift, and push in excess of 75 pounds
+ Good communication skills, ability to learn quickly
+ Able to work without direct supervision and time management skills
+ Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility

You will be paid on an hourly basis with potential bonuses (job performance, project completions, and attendance)

We are a fast growing artificial turf installation and landscape design company.

We have a few vacancies for artificial turf installers. Our turf installers ensure our customers are blown away by the transformation that artificial grass creates.

You will typically be the last ones on the job site ensuring everything is completed to standard and the customer is in awe.

Responsibilities:
+ Firm grasp on installation procedures, and troubleshooting solutions
+ Ensure grading and base is correct, and to standard.
+ Ability to cut turf, seam and maneuver turf for proper install.
+ Ensure safety is followed throughout projects.

Requirements:
+ Experience installing artificial turf
+ Carpet Installation experience
+ Reliable transportation and license
+ Able to quickly troubleshoot and think ahead to help mitigate issues
+ Display leadership and managerial skills
+ Able to move, lift or push in excess of 75 pounds
