🚗 DROP & GO: FREE for consignors who choose to donate their unsold items to local families in need. All items must be marked to donate and in size order. Drop & Go is FREE! Just drive up and we'll unload! Appointment needed.

🚗 CURBSIDE: for consignors who are NOT donating but want the curbside VIP experience for a small $10 fee. Simply pull up and we will unload! Appointment needed! Items must be in inventory order only if guaranteeing items.

🚘 IN STORE CHECK IN: Appointment needed! After quality check in, you will place your items on sale floor. For consignors who are are choosing not to donate their unsold items and want to receive the RL guarantee, we will count all your items at check in and after checking for quality you can place them in the store to sell!

VIP Processing is simply getting paid to consign someone else’s items. It's a great way to earn extra money in your spare time between our sales.

4. Has a “customer service” type attitude
