It was such a great experience partnering up with L.O.Y.P for the Back 2 The A back to school event yesterday. The children in the community were in need, and we all came together and made it happen. We provided them with back packs, school supplies, food, entertainment, and FUN. The kids were so happy to be there and although we had a lot of vendors that canceled and Balm Seeds, Inc. didn't raise a lot of money from the event we were incredibly grateful to be a blessing to the children in the Atlanta community.

We would like to thank all of our supporters who donated and came out yesterday to our community night Hudson Grille Sandy Springs. Special thanks to the General Manager Heather and Russ Adams for this opportunity.
Come out to Hudson Grille Sandy Springs on July 19, 2017, from 11 AM to 2 AM! A portion of that day’s proceeds will go towards our Balm Seeds’ Georgia Backpack Food 4 Kids program. Enjoy the 360-degree views of sports and delicious game day food. Our Backpack Food 4 Kids program provides a weekend supply of nutritious food for children when school lunch and breakfast is unavailable on a weekend or school holiday. It is our hope these resources will support the health, behavior, and achievement of every student that participates. We are also raising money for our International Virtual Education Training program. If you're unable to make it, don't worry you can still donate to Balm Seeds via http://www.balmseeds.org/donate.html
Big news! Today, after five years, we’re releasing an updated brand identity, which includes a new logo, colors, and font. Our page, Instagram, Twitter and our website reflects those changes. We believe the new look better matches what we’ve become since 2012: The brown representing the soil that the seed was planted in, the light green is the seed blooming into a leaf in many directions and the darker green is a representation of growth, stability, and endurance. Balm Seeds motto is “seeds of passion will fall on good ground and produce much fruit.” We believe that no matter what soil we plant our seeds of passion on it will grow. Over the past few years we have been working in the background improving our services and revamping our mission but we’ve always been committed to giving back and helping those in need.
Balm Seeds’ Mission is to help create a culture of literacy worldwide and provide the tools of empowerment to the next generation of parents, teachers, and leaders. We want to improve student success with a focus on literacy, overall academic achievement, and good citizenship worldwide. Balm Seeds team would like to thank all our supporters new and old. Please be on the lookout for all the upcoming events and let us know if you would like to get involved. As always donations are always welcome.

Help the orphans in Haiti
In Haiti there isn't a public school system. Therefore, those that can afford to send their kids to school either have that luxury or make huge sacrifices. Almost every organization and foundation talks about education for children in Haiti because there's a huge demand. Balm Seeds, Inc. has partnered with Marie's Village foundation to begin to begin rehab on a rundown school destroyed during the earthquake in the village that will get 120 kids in school immediately. We need your support. Please visit our website to make a donation www.balmseeds.org
Any little bit helps. Thank you
