Randy has been with us for about 6 weeks and has already put on 9lbs of muscle and dropped 7% body fat! From being consistent inside and out of the gym with his training and nutrition he has almost completely done away with some back problems stimming from his time in the military
How a CrossFit Bumper Sticker Transformed Steve Lovitt's Life While attending the 2022 CrossFit Games, Steve Lovitt noticed a bumper sticker with the name of a CrossFit gym located just 15 minutes from his house. That was a sign he needed to take a leap of faith for his health.
Did You know we offer 3 programming tracks to our members both in person and online.
Our Bound Performance track is our daily class programming that focuses on GPP training. Balancing strength training with conditioning.
Our Bound Build Program is a 3 day a week while body strength program.
Our Bound Endurance is a 5 day a week aerobic training with 2 days focused on running while the other days alternate between short, medium, and long distance training using the c2 rower, c2 ski er, c2 bike, and the echo bike.
