Holidays are different now!!!

I’ve successfully made a few small meals this week.

I’ve cooked BIG since I was 12….holidays be 40-60 folks. Now it’s 5 of us!!! I blew it last year. But I’m on it now!!!

I miss the BIG family and friends gatherings!!! All of it!!!

Most of all, I miss the loudness and laughter. It’s never about the why…but always about the TIME!!!

Whatever yall doing today, make it fun, full of love and with those who care!!!

Yall know what the weirdest part of talking to folks about life insurance is?

The STORIES they tell me about the stress and FINANCIAL burden of having to bury a loved one WITHOUT it!!! I can almost feel their energy!! I really be ready to cry sometimes!!! But those tears get replaced by them getting educated and by getting a policy.

Do you have a policy? Your children have policies? Your grandchildren have policies?

It’s been 23 years since we gotta tax return!!!! I really Wish someone had schooled me on the benefits of INVESTING in a POLICY back then. We Coulda been our own bank, making $ and still have a death benefit to boot! SMH at myself for missing out...buuuuttt I know NOW!!!!

If I could take the knowledge i have now about Life Insurance, go back in time and give it to my grands……they would’ve definitely put theur coins in other places!!! They only knew, what they knew….which is that they needed something!!! And that something was better than NOTHING!!! I can still hear the conversation!!! Lol AND I love them fo that!!! Soooo last year yall learned the word Narcissist!!! Good job. This year I think we should learn the word ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

This year, if we can spend $$$ on w**d, liquor, Jordan’s, Gucci, LV etc on a regular basis let’s take $60-$100 ea month and purchase some LIFE INSURANCE!!! Let’s handle our own bizness so our loved ones don’t have to. It’s simply NOT FAIR!! I can assist with this or at least give you options. Inbox me if you’re interested!!!

Also….., I believe we need to bring good a*z whoopings, restriction, curfews, etc back into play!!! My gramps told me I was NEVER too old….i still believe him and he’s deceased. Your children are NOT your friends, boyfriends or girlfriends.

As well as, we should also bring back good customer service. It used to be part of job training.

I’d also like to encourage folks to go to the dentist and the doctor on regular basis. I love the dr but despise the dentist….but I be in that chair. Anxiety and all. And please don’t forget to floss and use that tongue scraper. Health is real wealth!!!

Can we also normalize cleaning up BEFORE posting videos and inviting folks over.

Y’all be big mad when other folks start healing. I get it….THEY CHANGE!!! But changing for the good is sooooooo AMAZING!!!!

Healing journeys are hard enough, as they bring trauma, truth, perception, triggers and more to the surface. Do you know how hard it is to progress with all that on your frontal lobe? To face all those things and more and still function. To share your ish with a complete stranger? To confront yourself and others? To walk away from folks? There’s sooooo much more to healing than you could possibly think. I know….I’ve been there….rock bottom tryna figure out wtf is going on and WHY!!!!

Then when you are in the midst of it, we got y’all judging and talking ish. Putting time limits on your healing, mad cuz you bringing up the past and they don’t wanna deal with it sooooo now they put you in the they being weird box!!! It’s sooo difficult to heal when you don’t have the support of the folks you ASSUME will be there. Ugh….

Soooo show some grace, listen to understand and not to reply, allow folks the space and energy to grow, evolve and become a better version of themselves without putting them in a box. If their healing bothers you soooo much clearly you have your own unresolved trauma to deal with. So do that!!!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with getting PROFESSIONAL help!!! Cuz once you do, you will have FREEDOM!!!!

For example…I’m not ashamed of being born on drugs to two addicts, that my bio mom went on a drug trip and never came back so she lives in a home with others like her and only had rembered me as her daughter once in my life, being diagnosed as BIPOLAR with manic episodes, taking meds, going to therapy or confronting my demons and triggers head on!!! That’s just a taste of being FREE!!!

One more thing…if they don’t want to be a part or participate in your healing, don’t be mad at them. Remember in this journey you desire for folks to meet you where you are in this TEMPORARY SEASON so in turn show them grace as well. I had to write letters at one point and couldn’t give them to the folks I needed to because I knew they weren’t ready for conversation. Which simply meant there is more than one way to approach, deal with and CONQUER any situation!!!

Don’t give up on YOUR journey for other folks!!! Who cares what they think, say, do or believe. This is YOUR JOURNEY not THEIRS to take!!!

Ima always share my testimony! Cuz my healing gave me the courage and confidence to do so!!!!
