With our first day of TIP FREE dine in service finished, I wanted to thank our guests. Change is hard, but our guests are awesome!

I truly believe our crew deserves the opportunity to share in our success by sharing in our sales. I truly believe it is wrong to expect the customer to subside my business's labor cost.

Months of work and years of thought went into this change, and despite being sure it was the right thing to do, it is still scary, and none of us know with certainty how it will go.
