Preferring to let the grape stand on its own and speak for itself, Pam more often than not produces luscious, single-varietal wines…and her winemaking practices bring out the true character of the grape. Pam brings her experience and intuition to the winemaking process – crafting wines with patience and passion. About the Winery
Alex Oh and Samuel Hilbert met in the summer of 2010 to enjoy a lovely sunset and wine at Golden Gardens. They talked about their lives, aspirations, and their mutual love for wine. Alex showed up with a bottle of Entre-deux-Mers and Samuel came with a bottle of Pinotage. They were both eager to talk about the wines they had chosen. At the time, Samuel was living in Woodinville, served on the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce, and spent his weekends working at wineries. Alex, on the other hand, was living in downtown Seattle and discovered that urban wineries were on the rise. With a background in law and science, Alex spent his days helping clients, including wineries, navigate complex legal issues, and his weekends working at tasting rooms and studying wine science.
In 2012, Alex and Samuel decided that it was time to turn their expertise and passion into something more. To learn from the best in the industry, Alex attended and graduated from the internationally acclaimed UC Davis Viticulture and Enology Program. Samuel, wanting to focus on Washington’s unique terroir, opted for Washington State University’s Viticulture & Enology Program. Aluel Cellars currently has three tasting rooms in Seattle neighborhoods – Capitol Hill, Ballard, and Queen Anne. Their love for Washington wines made in the traditional or old-world style is showcased in the wines handcrafted for Aluel Cellars. As for what’s next, they are working to build a brand new production facility, install vineyards, and open an additional seasonal tasting room on 15-acres on the beautiful Key Peninsula.

About Tieton Cider Works
The fruit that is used in Tieton Cider Works cider comes from Craig and Sharon Campbell’s Harmony Orchards. This land has been in our family since the 1920’s when our grandfather planted his first trees in Tieton, Washington.
As a third generation Yakima Valley farmer with a degree in horticulture from Washington State University and over thirty five years’ experience in marketing produce, Craig has always been curious about the history, production, science, and industry of food. Growing different varieties of trees is truly what makes Craig happy and he is always looking for new varieties to plant and nurture.
In 2008 he was introduced to cider apple varieties, those gnarly, inedible wild apple varieties needed to make great cider. He planted twenty five varieties in a test block of two acres to study the growing patterns: did each fit into the existing bloom and harvest schedule of the farm, what were the flavor profiles of the fruit and how did that variety add to the cider that we wanted to make.
We now have the largest acreage of cider apples and Perry pears in the state of Washington with 55 acres.
A love of land, food and drink has inspired us to make cider with the fruit we are growing at our ranch. We know the ciders we make are an expression of the harvest and reflective of the fruit and the place that it is grown.

In 1970, Enrique Forner founded Marqués de Cáceres, Unión Vitivinícola, S.A., a historic Alliance between a region (Cenicero, La Rioja Alta), an enterprising family that has been devoted to the wine trade for five generations, the best vine growers and vineyards in La Rioja and a Bordeaux concept which revolutionised the production and business model with a single objective: the quality to obtain the best wines, an obsession that today continues to be the leitmotiv of Cristina Forner, the third generation of this wine family.
Enrique Forner, Cristina’s father, worked in the wine trade as a boy. In 1920, his grandfather and his father founded ‘Vinícola Forner’, a family business devoted to the production, sale and exportation of wines in Sagunto (Valencia).
Exiled in France due to the Civil War, Enrique founded a similar business in 1952, in the Rhône and Loire valleys (France), and in 1963 he bought two chateaux grands crus classés in the Haut Medoc region (Bordeaux), Château Camensac and Château Larose Trintaudon, convinced that he would be able to make some of the world’s finest wines.
He returned to Spain in 1968 and, given that a century before wine-producers and merchants from Bordeaux had chosen La Rioja when fleeing the phylloxera plague, he opted for La Rioja and Cenicero, in the heart of the La Rioja Alta sub-region, to continue his great dream.
Enrique Forner turned to his friend, Professor Emile Peynaud, a true revolutionary of winegrowing and winemaking in Bordeaux in the 1970s and 1980s, in order to steep La Rioja in the same reformist spirit.

Here is our story….
In the Warehouse District of Woodinville, Washington, Chris and Kelly Sparkman have pursued their family's vision of fusing art, science, agriculture and philosophy into handcrafted, award-winning wines. The pair sources from some of the state’s foremost vineyards - the majority on Red Mountain. Sparkman focuses largely on Bordeaux-style blends and Syrah.
Chris Sparkman spent two decades as a sommelier and wine buyer in some of the country's best restaurants (Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, Michael’s in LA, Todd English’s Olives in DC and Mackay Restaurants in Seattle) and currently serves as Chairman of the Washington State Wine Commission. Kelly Sparkman has a background in wildlife biology and veterinary medicine. Winemaker Linn Scott is a Seattle native who has worked in the Washington wine industry since 2001. He attended school in France and Germany earning a Master’s degree in Viticulture and Enology and worked his first harvest with Sparkman Cellars in 2010.

About the Winery
Latta Wines puts uncommon varietals from the most unique vineyards in Washington State on center stage. Years of scouring the geologically diverse soils of Eastern Washington led to an initial release of two very special wines, then four and so on. The extremely small production, mostly Rhone offerings are put forward from sustainable vineyard sites after fermentation with native yeast and aging in mostly neutral french barrique and puncheon.
Latta Wines was founded in 2011 by winemaker and owner Andrew Latta. It is the product of years of sweat equity, a gamut from cellar hand to winemaker at a Washington winery of note. Andrew is now proud to share his personal wines. He was born and raised in Kentucky, the restaurant world his path to wine. A similar trajectory up from the basement as a busser to a Sommelier working in Thailand exposed him to the wines of world. While developing award-winning wine programs, Washington State stood out among all the emerging and traditional wine-growing regions. So, sight unseen, fifteen years ago he jumped into his first harvest in Walla Walla and year after year Washington still delivers.

Lady GoDiva, "The Classical Coy Chanteuse" is a proud member of The Gritty City Sirens, Tacoma's only burlesque troupe for the past eight years. She enjoys bringing her sensually refined performances to various venues, and although classically trained, she enjoys singing songs from many genres and vocal stylings. She has performed in Tacoma, Olympia, Woodinville, and at various Burlesque and Latin dance events around Seattle.

Her melodic tones have captivated audiences in Japan, Hong Kong, China and at the 2002 Olympic Games and other professional venues in Park City, UT.

Always a Lady and sometimes a Diva, she sings in a 4 octave range that will top off your evening on a high note! Diva is passionate about creating uniquely provocative interpretations of her operatic repertoire through singing, performance and costume design while honoring beautiful classical favorites. On January 1st 2011 Reds Wine Bar opened their doors. We began to develop a culture that really took off in January 2015 when Rick McMaster purchased Reds Wine Bar from the original owners. Having been the owner of Vino At The Landing in Renton since the beginning in 2009, it was a natural fit.
