Our Monday Face 😋🍽

. Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen. Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations. Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time. Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards. Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts. Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.

We want to thank the city of Kent for allowing us to share a part of our culture and food with you all. We have grown along side with many of our guest; we have served children that were in elementary when we opened our doors and now finished with college starting their lives, we have seen first dates turned into weddings, baby bumps 🐣 that turned into gyro eating machines and we’ve witnessed moments that have turned into memories❤️. Hello everyone! Please consider helping our new neighbors in need by attending this special kickoff fundraiser event here at your Olive Tree Mediterranean Restaurant (12930 SE Kent-Kangley Rd, Kent) from 11AM until 9PM. on September 23. The Kent Community Foundation (KCF) launches Afghan Crisis Fund to provide meals, medical treatment, basic resources, and other support to local nonprofits.

Here at Olive Tree we will donate a minimum of $1,000 from the proceeds of items purchased on September 23 to KCF’s Afghan Crisis Fund.

Happy Labor Day America! Our team has been working incredibly hard for the past 11 years and even extremely harder since the pandemic started.
