Brush 26 and 1626 responded to assist KFD E44 on a reported brush fire. Engine 44 arrived and requested Brush 26. Fire lines were made and fire was extinguished. Good work.

Tanker 226, Rescue 26, 526 and 26 personnel responded to an outside fire threatening a structure with Kernersville Fire today. Everyone was safe and fire was extinguished.

Yesterday multiple agencies responded to a woods fire, that quickly was upgraded to include a structure. Units arrived to find three barns on fire, beginning to spread to the woods. No injuries reported, fire is under investigation.

Departments that responded: Winston Salem Fire, Kernersville Fire, Beeson Crossroads, Union Cross, Forestry Service.

Training tonight consisted of driving Rescue 26 and Tanker 226 through a driving course. This a very fun but challenging training.

Tonights training was on apparatus maintenance and cleanliness. Keeping your apparatus clean is a very important part of being a firefighter. Also it is a good way to show your pride in your department and your dedication to your profession.

Last night members trained on advancing hose lines up stairs and deploying lines on stairs.

Assisting Kernersville on a house fire this evening....quick response from Kernersville and Beesons kept damage to a minimum. Great work from all on the scene.

Yearly hydrant testing is being conducted, when you see us out testing please slow down. Hydrant testing is performed to check pressures throughout the territory and check for damage or defects to the hydrant that would prevent its use during emergencies.

2003 Crown Victoria - Police Edition V8 is being auctioned off through sealed bid process - minimum bid $750.00. The engine is in good condition; needs transmission work. New tires. Rescue 26 assisting Kernersville Fire units with a traffic accident requiring extrication this morning on I-40 East at Union Cross Rd. Patient was transported to the hospital.

Rescue 26 assisted Kernersville's Engine 44 with a single vehicle accident/rollover. Patient self extricated before FD arrival. Minor injuries reported.

This morning Beeson Crossroads Fire & Rescue performed our water supply drill for our upcoming ISO Inspection. Special thanks to our neighboring agencies for thier support and assistance; Union Cross Fire and Rescue, Horneytown Fire Department , Winston-Salem Fire Department,and to the Summit Church for allowing us to use thier parking lot. What a geat opportunity for training and fellowship, despite the cool, rainy weather.
