So... this week we will have a few select Cold Cuts for 25% off. Sadly only 1 customer last week bought Cold Cuts and as we are new, and im sure they will go and get more popular in due time..... i may not have the storage at the moment to keep up with demand on Cold Cuts that did not sell. Sadly we may be taking all Cold Cuts off the shelf temporarily until i can get another Deli Display Case. The 25% will NOT be included on our normally used cuts for our sandwhiches. Ill make a list. So come grab them while you can this week.

We will be open tomorrow from 10:30 - 4pm or until we run out of food. Feel free to call and ask before you make the drive but we got plenty of wraps, salads, Rolls, and white bread and some rye left.

I can not get another bread order for tomorrow. So we will have a decision to make. Open and sell the 30+ Kaiser rolls we have left and limit our menu to Kaiser Rolls, Wraps, or one of our breadsor close down till Tuesday..... i am SORRY but i will NOT serve our sandwiches on commercial bread. NO SHOT.
Got 41 left for tonight. Get it while it last. (We have plenty of salads, normal bread, and wraps of all flavors). Feel free to place your vote or opinion down below.

Putting in that late night Cook session. We should have a 95% menu tomorrow. Will be missing Fried Chicken Cutlets sadly till Friday when my kitchen is back open. Sadly we cant fry here. YET

Looking to hire for three different positions. I have a 7am - 3pm available. Also a 3pm-11pm available. Must have experience in a fast paced food service, Deli food handling, sandwich handling envirement and handling food. I dont need any more service people. I need experienced food handlers that can adapt and work well in a fast paced envirement. Taking orders and tickets from a shot caller. Understanding and studying our menu so you know and memorize our menu. Must also know knife saftey (experience) as you will also be prepping food as well as making sandwiches. Cleaning and dishes will be a shared job so be prepaired to do a little cleaning as well. You will be expecting to show up for your shift when scheduled.

Gracefully if you dont think working in a fast paced envirement where you will be busy your entire shift or cleaning is not for you or your looking for just ANY joB. Please dont apply. We are looking for the right people who want to work in this economy and envirement and wants to grow with the company as it grows. Also parents..... please dont ask for your children. If they want a job. Have them come in and ask for one themselves or reach out to us personally. We also dont want young students who are being forced to work. If they want a work i wanna see they want a job. We need go getters over here. Make them go get it. Pay is $12-$15 an hour depending on experience, and there is ROOM TO GROW. May also have a night time cleaning job available for part timers. Would be 9pm-12am Tues-Sat. DM here or call the store during NON lunch rush and non dinner rush times. 10am-11am or 3pm-5pm. We have 10 Hero Rolls left for tonight. Then we have 20 Kaiser Rolls. After that we are done till tomorrow. You have all once again bought ALL my food. Thank you kindly and sorry for the incovenience as i know everyone wants to get in and taste the heroes. We just hired a new chef. I plan to make them cook alllll night till we are caught up. So we just want to make a public apology. We are BLESSED to have had so much support today. It was over whelmingly amazing. I thought i had enough staff. To be honest i thought we had to much staff. Clearly that was wrong. It was not the staffs fault one bit we had people waiting 30-40 mins. They where great and did a fantastic job. It was just way more orders then i thought would come. So.. ill be hiring and re arranging staff to try and make this wont happen again. If we messed up anyones orders please send me a private message. We want to correct it and help you out. Thank you all. Time to dinner rush.

Just sitting here stocking shelves getting ready for tomorrow. All home made bakery products from Long Island - Pistachio Muffins, Red Velvet Cream Filled Muffins, Choc Chip Muffins, Blondies, Cream Cheese Choc Brownies, and lets not forget the Black and Whites. We got Chippeekiyay Cookies coming through with a delivery tomorrow. Frozen Foods - Baked Ziti, My Home Made Tomato Sauce (Not the sunday sauce, My White Wine and Mushroom Cordon Bleu Sauce (to die for). DJ'S Djs Cheesecakes in 4 different flavors!!!!! Home made Cannoli Dip! And all your slicing meats. You dont know how hard it is to not eat all this while no ones looking..... see you tomorrow!!!

German Potato Salad anyone?

Ziti is going in the oven!!!! See everyone between 4pm-10pm for tonights soft opening. Streets are closed for the car show. Improvise. There is also an entrance righr before the rail road tracks if your coming from 66 and turning onto main.

Im so mad at myself. I forgot to take pictures of everything but heres what we did this morning. Missing a picture of the Eggplant Rollatini, The Penne after it hit the Vodka Sauce, and a picture of the Cordon Bleu in the sauce. But heres the rest!
(Threw an old.pic of the Cordon Bleu Sauce for show, and old pics of mac and potatoe salad) But everything else was fresh today. Of i can get a pic ofnthe other two dishes from the customer ill gladly add them.

Ty to everyone who straggled into the building yesterday and today for lunch. I didnt even advertise anything, and we were NOT planning on serving but..... I was not about to turn away customers. We appreciate you all SO much. The staff got excellent training because of it and got to see what a semi to real rush looks like. We will NOT be around for tomorrow. I dont want no body to waste a trip. But we will be around 4pm-10pm Saturday evening. So come on down and please remember its a SOFT opening. We wont be accepting any bad reviews that evening! So if you plan on coming please be patient with us and the staff as we work the rest of our kinks out before the grand opening. Oh and look at our new friend! A nice addition to the deli. Thank you Coca Cola!

There has been a person on our thread trying to sell hoodies with our logo on it. We just want to say we do not know that person and it does seem like a scam. Purchase at your own risk. We will have our own merch at the store if you want to buy merch.
