Continue to pray for Pastor Cj Keister and family in the homegoing of his mother. Below are the arrangements for services.

Kay Toole, age 74, passed away on October 26, 2024. Kay was born on July 23, 1950. After graduating high school, she began working for the state of NC in the Raleigh DMV office, where she retired with 30 years of service. She then taught K-4 at Raleigh Christian Academy for over 15 years.

Kay loved working with children, and just before she began to get sick, she started to get involved with the missions program of Beacon Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member for many years.

She loved her family, word searches, all things purple, Bojangles, and a good game of candy crush! (The family would like to remind all those that are saved, that this isn’t goodbye, it’s just see you later!)

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Toole, brothers Bob and Perry, and sister Helen.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons: Matt Toole (Becki) and CJ Keister (Amanda); grandchildren: Zach Toole (Erin), Chase Toole (Samantha), Chelsea Toole, Baylee Keister and Hadley Keister; great-grandchild, Amelia Toole.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the missions department of Beacon Baptist Church.

A celebration of life will be held at 12:30 pm, Thursday, October 31, 2024 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and relatives prior to the service from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the funeral home.

🇺🇸 NATIONAL FIRST RESPONDERS DAY 🇺🇸
Today (and every day) we want to thank first responders for all they do for our communities.

As Missions Emphasis Month comes to an end we are so looking forward to our Missions Conference that begins this Friday night at 6:30 PM. What an amazing month we have had being challenged to have a heart for missions! Loved celebrating our Pastor as well this month for Pastor Appreciation. Thankful for his guidance and leadership at Kerwin.

Another wonderful Sunday in the Lord’s House at Kerwin! It was a great day honoring our Pastor for Pastor Appreciation Month. Thank you to everyone who gave in the special offering! Thank you for being with us and worshipping with us!
