WOMEN- TRAIN ALL SUMMER LONG AT BAYSHORE BJJ

Our Womens Self Defense Power Hours are designed for FUN, FITNESS, and LEARNING potentially life saving skills!

Women 13+ are all welcome, but we ask that parents consider that we will be covering some mature subject matter. We’ll probably focusing our lessons on identifying and preventing potentially dangerous situations, and escaping them when they can’t be avoided. We’ll be learning simple, yet HIGHLY EFFECTIVE techniques that will help to prevent you from being victims of all types of assaults.. this weekly program is a MUST for any girls about to leave home and go off to college!!

Our classes will be co-instructed by:

Cost: Donate whatever you’d like. All donations throughout the summer will be donated to a great local organization we’ve been working with teaching FREE prom/college prep self defense courses for years!

Hazlet ASSIST will be available tomorrow from 10am-12pm in the Municipal Court Room at 255 Middle Road in Hazlet. This is open to ANY PERSON seeking addictive substance support, intervention or treatment. In the courtroom, there will be no judge, no jury, and no police- just one on one time with a recovery specialist who can relate to you and help you. The first steps through the door are the only steps you'll have to take alone. Please, don't hesitate to come in
