🍃 Our students are loving our new Yoga & Mindfulness studio! ————-Research states that introducing yoga to children helps establish healthy habits at an early age. Yoga enhances strength, coordination and flexibility, while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. It can reduce anxiety and stress and promote a sense of calmness and inner peace ☮️

🍱We encourage our families to minimize our carbon footprint by limiting the use of single-use plastics and pre packaged foods. Everyone is doing so great!! Our students are bringing in healthier lunch options, reducing waste, and sending lunches in reusable containers!! 🙌 🌍🥗 T H A N K Y O U ❤️
Compost!! We received our worms for our bin a few weeks ago! Our students and teachers have enjoyed learning about the benefits of composting and how it helps our precious Earth. 🌍 Our compost bin is maintained by our students! They all are very hands on in gathering compostable items, turning the soils, maintaining the temperature, and ensuring our worms have enough moisture.
