Triple Impact Connections is rapidly expanding and we are dedicated to vetting exemplary talent located near our Fayetteville, NC training facility! We are currently hiring for Customer Care Agent positions with our Pentagon Federal Credit Union campaign. Below is a snapshot of the position:

This campaign is divided into three unique jobs, with agents addressing one of the following specialties:

1) Service Credit Cards
2) Loan Support (First Tier)
3) Deposit Services

Agents will perform the following functions:

- Answer inbound phone calls
- Evaluate and adequately complete requested transactions in one of the three categories listed above.
- Research, resolve, and de-escalate member questions or issues.
- Maintain working knowledge of PenFed deposit, credit cards, and loan products
- Update member records and document member calls.
- Educate members on PenFed products and services to best support their financial goals.
- Efficiently navigate multiple banking platforms via internet browsers and other software.
- Meet productivity metrics each month.

Equipment:
All Equipment will be provided by the company.

Training:
Agents will train remotely under the guidance of two trainers. The training period will run for 4 weeks. Once training is over, agents will utilize their company-issued equipment to work from home.

Triple Impact will operate a Training Administrative Center located at 2606 Bragg Blvd., Fayetteville, NC 28303

Pay:
Agents will earn $12.50 an hour during training. Once training has been completed, pay will increase to $14.00 an hour.

On Dec. 9-10, 2020, from noon to 5 p.m. EST, Military OneSource’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program and the Military Spouse Employment Partnership will host the virtual Military Spouse Employment Partnership, Working Through Change: Being Agile in an Evolving Workplace, New Partner Induction Ceremony & Annual Partner Meeting.
The first day will primarily seek to celebrate and welcome new companies and organizations into the partnership. The second day will be devoted to engaging with and learning from enduring partners as they seek to deliver on their commitment to recruit, hire, retain and promote military spouses.
Activities will include keynote remarks, three sessions to introduce and welcome new partners, a town hall and breakout sessions. Breakout sessions include Recruitment in the Post-COVID Environment, Understanding the Military Language, Culture and Lifestyle, Using the MSEP Job Search and Social Media Strategies, and Managing Employee Stress and Telework.

While soldiers are on duty around the world, their spouses go to work, manning phones and computers with the same values of excellence the Military fosters. All while doubling Military family incomes!
