I just wanted to share a little bit about today at the Mary Kemp Center.

This morning we had a private taste testing for our new café, “Bodega” (more details coming soon) in our classroom (room 200).

This afternoon we had a closing in room 207 Proper Title Company brokered by Yohana Balladares- Balladares Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty from suite 103. Today we closed on a 14 unit building with of our clients from suite 208 who was introduced to us by our CPA Melinda Flowers who is in suite 211.

I am happy to be closing deals and enjoying days with friends, clients and officemates. This is exactly what we envisioned when we pursued this building.

Plenty of new announcements in the works. ⛑️
