Also me: Forgetting twice that my client has $0 cash to close and panic texting her the night before to go to the bank before settlement.. thoroughly confusing her and making myself look crazy 🤣🤣🤣🤣

It IS possible to buy a home with an FHA loan. You just have to be strategic.

After many attempts, York County was trying to defeat me. Finally we came across this gem. Listed at $169k, everyone including the listing agent 🤣 thought I was crazy when we submitted an offer at $200K!!! Seems like a lot right!? However, I did my research, I check my comps, TWICE, and had a realtor partner I trusted check as well. And ultimately, I felt good about the number, and most importantly, my clients trusted me.

Needless to say, it appraised 😌

Lastly, thanks to with Fulton Bank Mortgage Company who rode out the crazy roller coaster with us. If that wasn’t enough, he also saw to it that our clients had a $0 cash to close!!! Amazing!!
