Worked on a beautiful "Golden Jubilee" machine that commemorated 50 years of Electrolux... That was 1974. Yes, this machine is 49 years old and still going strong! And 2024 is the Centennial!

I had the pleasure to work on a central vac of a retired USAF Colonel yesterday. The flexible hose it was installed had kinked and a "T" had fractured from years of being in an attic environment. All replaced with nice, new PVC!

We now have an optical fiber camera to see into little places like inside central vacuum pipes! The second image is an actual picture, and the black lines are where the cable has rubbed dust off of the pipe's interior.
