this is how i make a living and if you don’t come to your appointment, i don’t get paid. i am super understanding when it comes to rescheduling or cancelling but unfortunately have had too many occurrences of this happening.

i am super understanding when it comes to rescheduling/canceling but this is our livelihood and it hurts us when someone no call no shows or cancels very last minute. all i ask is 5 seconds to shoot me a text and let me know, rather than not showing up at all.

Due to a high number of no shows and last minute cancelations in the last month - all of us at MK Styles have decided to implement this policy to prevent it as much as we can.
Most of our clients that know us know that we are super understanding when it comes to emergencies, so please if something is to come up and you can't make it just shoot us a message!

We hate to even have to force this policy now but fact of the matter is is that its happening so often now that it's becoming a serious problem. With that being said we love and appreciate all of you all more than you will ever know, and I hope you understand! This is how we make a living and it really hurts us when things like this happen
