Meet the cast of Bonnie and Clyde! Tickets are available at www.kingsporttheatre.com.
Makenna Bishop (Bonnie Parker) has been performing for local audiences since childhood. KTG holds a special place in her heart because she met her husband, Tyler Bishop, here during a production in 2016. She is exceedingly humbled and grateful for the opportunity to perform Bonnie and Clyde alongside her husband and dearest friends. Some of her favorite roles include the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cinderella in Into the Woods, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and Alice Murphy in Bright Star. She would like to thank her family, friends, and ETSU community for the joy they bring to her life.
Tyler Bishop (Clyde Barrow) is thrilled to take the Renaissance Center stage as the iconic Clyde Barrow! He fell in love with acting years ago and since then has performed in multiple productions across the Tri-Cities. He feels blessed to be able to share the stage with his best friend and wife, the immensely talented Kenna Bishop, on the very same stage where they met. Some of his favorite roles include Jake (Jake's Women), Oscar (The Odd Couple), and Jimmy Ray Dobbs (Bright Star). He would like to thank God for everything He's done for him and his family for their unwavering support.
Meet the cast of Bonnie and Clyde! Tickets are available at www.kingsporttheatre.com.
Jeremy White (Buck Barrow) is excited to be returning to the stage with KTG after a long hiatus. Previous roles include Daddy Murphy (Bright Star); Herr Schultz (Cabaret); Melchior (Dollywood’s O Holy Night); Mr. Grey, et. Al. (RENT); and Rev. Parris (The Crucible). He is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this talented cast in sharing the story of Bonnie and Clyde. He would like to thank his family and friends for their love and encouragement in all things, but especially in the pursuit of his dreams and passions. He is excited to share this experience with you and hopes that you have a shoot ‘em up good time drivin’ through the twists and turns of this Americana tale.
Hannah Love (Blanche Barrow) is thrilled to play Blanche in this regional premiere of Bonnie and Clyde. She is a graduate of ETSU's Theatre Program. Her most recent roles include the Baker's Wife in Into The Woods, Usherette in the The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Patty in School of Rock, and ensemble in Young Frankenstein and Sister Act. She wants to thank KTG for giving her this opportunity, and Tanner for all his love and support.

Chris Williams (Preacher) graduated high school in East Texas where he was a part of Into the Woods as The Big Bad Wolf, The Wizard of Oz as various characters, in the choir, and in the band where he played multiple instruments. He is a US Air Force veteran, having traveled to many countries across the globe, and ended up in East Tennessee 4 years ago with his wife of 23 years and 3 children. He portrayed the dream role of his life as Bob Wallace in KTG's White Christmas in 2022, followed by Daddy Cane in Bright Star, and then George Bailey in It's a Wonderful Life with FHG productions in 2023, and most recently the Big Bad Wolf and Cinderella's Prince in Into the Woods. He would like to thank his family for supporting him in all of his hobbies and also the KTG family for welcoming him with open arms.
Jakob Buckles (Ted Hinton) is excited to once again return to the KTG stage. He is currently in college for theatre. His previous acting credits include Brian (How To Be A Respectable Ju**ie), Benny (RENT), and Paravacini (The Mousetrap- NeScc). He would like to thank his friends and family for their support, his mother for being his biggest fan and being the lovely Ms. Emma Parker, and to any coffee shop that's stopped him from dropping dead. He hopes everyone enjoys the show!
Darin McClellan (Sheriff Schmid) is excited to be returning for another great show at KTG. Darin has been performing at local theaters for over 10 years. You may have seen him in his most recent role as the criminologist in The Rocky Horror Show. His love for theatre has grown over the years and he has learned so much from great directors, stage managers and fellow actors. His favorite thing about theatre is that you get to escape reality for a short while and forget about anything else going on. He would like to thank everyone that is bringing this amazing show to life.

Lauren Phillips (Cumie Barrow) is thrilled to be back on stage as Mama Barrow at Kingsport Theatre Guild, even if she can't quite reign in those two trouble-making boys of hers. She has performed in several shows at KTG, most recently as Sheila in Jake's Women, Mama Murphy in Bright Star, and Frau Schneider in Cabaret. She wishes to thank her children for being better behaved than the Barrow boys, and Ducky for always, always, always being in her corner.
David Taylor (Henry Barrow) is excited to help bring this production to the area, not only as an actor, but also having a degree in History. He is also thrilled to be part of this cast, which is filled with amazing talent. Notable past performances include, but are not limited to Into The Woods, Merry Christmas Charlie Brown, Wizard of Oz, and To Kill A Mockingbird. He would like to thank his amazing wife for her support and patience.
Dustina Buckles (Emma Parker) states that 2024 has been a busy and exciting year for her! You may have seen her last as the neurotic sister Karen in Jake’s Women or the hateful Aunt Sponge in James and the Giant Peach. In September, she will take on her most challenging role yet, as co-director for 67 Cinderellas, an opportunity she never dreamed would be in her future! For now though, she is loving bringing her favorite era of the 30’s to life as Emma Parker, Bonnie’s loving, concerned mother. Dustina would like to dedicate her performance to her dear family, Jakob, Lauren, John and Jeremy, for believing in her when she struggles believing in herself. Please support performing arts in your schools and communities and enjoy the show!!
