Time for you Monday morning Hare of the Dog! We were all over this past weekend and collected all the best pups from a bunch of great venues.

Pic 1&2: Jasmine and Lana. These two Brooklynites came all the way up from the city just so their parents could have our pizza! A weekend stay at the beautiful was the luxury bonus that put it over the top.

Pic 3: Ty. He’s a good boy getting trained to be an even BETTER boy with the help of the wonderful trainers . He earned his level 11 training certificate by playing nice with all the folks and pups

Pic 4: Coltrane. Look into those eyes and you know he’s got the soul of an artist. We met him getting his daily espresso . And yes, he does play a mean saxophone just like his namesake, John Coltrane

Pic 5: Aubrey. Scrunched up face for days. Her namesake is not confirmed, but with the clear indication that she did not have time for our BS, I assume she is the parallel reincarnation of

The whole Hare’s Hollow crew got to take a field trip to for a tour of the farm and to see the field where our basil and San Marzano tomatoes are being grown this season. We were lucky enough to have join as well!

Windfall uses zero pesticides to grow their produce, employing only age-old natural techniques to produce the best veggies and flowers around. Working with dedicated and principled farmers is one of the true joys of the work we do. Not only is it safer for our environment and our guests, the products are all the more delicious for it!

One of the best parts of our work is all the good boys and girls we get to meet at our pop ups and private events. Every week we plan on sharing all the canine friends we made working that weekend.

They’re the sweetest little guys. Give the Puppies Pizza!

Pic 1: Tzatziki. Upon recent nuptials, he is now heir to the throne. May his reign be eternal and true.

Pic 2: Pierre. We learned he just turned 14 but he doesn’t look a day over 4. He enjoys exploring his neighbor’s garden and his general air of ennui is but a mask for his truly satisfied life.

Pic 3: Mack or Max or Mitch. asked for clarification 4 times and then embarrassingly gave up. A popular resident of Woodstock and long time patron of the

Pic 4: Delilah. Hey there Delilah, what’s it like ? There’s a thousand things to smell and a couple tasty treats there just for you. Surely you could have one or two? That must be true…

Pic 5: Spoon. Coincidentally named after ‘s favorite kitchen utensil, this little man requires none. A bowl is superior for any dining experience, and it’s basically just a big spoon without a handle anyway.

Pic 6: Name undocumented, but I will call him Hambone. Hambone exhibits a rare humility and a disdain for the vulgarities of social media. I say this because it took approximately 12 attempts to get this picture.
