Let’s set our goal for this week. Last week we increased our water intake! Let’s keep doing that.
Let’s add in working on our breathing! We all tend to breath shallow. Let focus on breathing from our diaphragm a more deep breathing. There are some great breathing apps out there.

The BEST healthy pizza topped with fresh veggies, mozzarella, chicken, arugula and a balsamic glaze. Ready in just 20 minutes and perfectly crispy and delicious!

Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 20 mins
Servings: 6
Ingredients
• 1 whole wheat pizza dough , or flat bread or cauliflower crust
• 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic , minced
• 1/4 cup pizza sauce
• 1/2 cup mushrooms , sliced
• 1/2 cup grape tomatoes , sliced
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper , chopped
• 1-2 cups shredded chicken
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup arugula
• Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 450ºF. Lightly brush oil onto a pizza stone or large baking sheet and place dough onto stone or pan.
• Brush olive oil on top of dough, then sprinkle garlic cloves all over. Lightly spread pizza sauce on top with the back of a spoon.
• Top with sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, chicken and mozzarella.
• Bake until crust is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
• Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula and balsamic glaze if preferred. Slice and serve!
Notes
• This recipe is for one 12-inch pizza. I used a half batch of my whole wheat pizza dough recipe.
• Feel free to double the dough and make 2 pizzas. Just double the sauce and toppings too.

Good morning ladies. I hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy!
We are certainly missing seeing each and everyone of you guys!
I know it is easy to start eating poorly, snacking more than usual and skipping workouts. All you ladies have made such great accomplishments since you became a member of The Fitness Connection, and we would hate to see you lose that.
I was thinking last night about how to keep everyone's momentum going and moving forward in a positive direction during these difficult days.
We will continue to post a free workout in bewell_living for anyone who wants to do that! However I want to create something with a little more structure and more personal interaction This is what I have come up with. (not all details are worked out yet)
3 Days a week, at a specific time, we will use an interactive video app such as Zoom, or Skype to do workouts with small groups. We can instruct, watch form, and put you through a work out as if we were in the gym. We will add you to a habit share app so that we can make sure you are achieving goals outside the gym. We will also supply check ins with each person who joins this membership.
We know money is tight for many and that is why we will continue with free workouts in bewell_living.
Anyone who is interested in this membership, the cost will be $50. per month.
