We have wanted to try since they opened a while back, driving by their smoker often and smelling that brisket. Today was the day. This summer has had its challenges, with family illness and canceled plans, but we managed to attend the airshow and have dinner out as a family so today was a win. Truss and Trestle delivered - brisket, Mac n cheese, burger and cauliflower tacos left everyone happy. If you’re local, check them out.
