ATTENTION ULSTER COUNTY PARENTS AND YOUTH

It is critical that we understand what our youth are experiencing with va**ng, alcohol, smoking, and other illegal drugs to best help protect all our students from the dangers of substance use, tailor programs and activities to meet the unique challenges that youth are facing today and create connections to needed services.

If you’re a high school student, we would love you to participate in this anonymous short survey.

And if you’re the parent of a high school student, please encourage them to share their voice by taking the survey at Ulsterpreventioncouncil.org or visit the Ulster County Link below or simply scan the QR code to access the survey directly from your device.
