In clinical practice I treat an excessive amount of ergonomic repetitive stress injuries. I have designed a series a re-balancing ergonomic dynamic motions to help prevent and help my current clients recover. One of my favorites is the BACK STROKE! If you prefer to take shorter/ more frequent breaks or longer / less frequent breaks the point is over years it all adds up!

Perform ergonomic microbreaks every 30 min -1 hour if you are static sitting or standing. This picture demonstrates thoracic extension w/ arms reaching into a 90/90/90! Take a deep breath with this & repeat 3-10 times.
