Evergreen Dental Group I am a life-long dentalphobe and, many years ago, after many years of avoiding dentists I saw Dr. Huang, who at that time shared the practice. It has taken a long time but my teeth are doing well now, thanks to her and her staff's kind and professional care.

Did this fun case today to repair a poorly restored lateral incisor with chairside composite veneer. Patient was happy with the result.

Took about 2 years to complete this case. Another multi disciplinary approach with periodontal and orthodontic colleagues. It all started in December 2018 when patient broke his upper left lateral incisor. Huge improvement from previous occlusion and esthetics. And most importantly, patient is loving his new teeth.

Single unit porcelain veneer case. Patient fractured existing porcelain veneer on the upper left central incisor. New veneer was seated this morning.

A multi disciplinary approach for this case. Patients presented with failing bone graft at the lower anterior area, and was extremely unhappy with the temporary flipper, due to poor esthetic. After many hours of consult and diagnostics, I teamed up with specialist colleagues to treat this case. Periodontist removed necrotic bone then bone grafted the area, orthodontist to make room and realigned the lower teeth, implant surgery and final restorative phase, took about 18 months to complete. I am pretty satisfied with the outcome, and patient is very happy that she has her smile back, just in time for the holiday.

Since reopening in May, we are definitely seeing more sore teeth, sore jaws, chipped and broken teeth.

We are celebrating being open, while respecting safe practices.

Reopening was interesting, to say the least, under these new circumstances. But, we are very happy to report that it has been going smoothly for us. Nearly three months have gone by, and we are operating comfortably with the COVID-19 protocols. If you haven't been back in for your dental visits, we hope to see you soon!

What dentistry can do to transform people’s smiles. A photo summary of porcelain veneers procedure, from bottom to top. Existing veneers were over 20 years old, showing unsightly open facial margin/decay due to gingival recession and wear. Patient was very self aware of his front teeth. Started with bleaching, then pre op shade check, preparation of the indicated teeth, stump shades. And finally seated them last week. Start to finish took about 6 weeks. Gingival tissue healing well. And lab did a terrific job of matching shades.

Case report. Implant supported dental bridge start to completion.
Upper right molar bridge abutment tooth with deep root caries, hopeless prognosis. Surgeon extracted it and placed two implants. Surgical released in February to start restorative phase. Straumann impression coping/ coping try in and final seat. X rays taken along the way to confirm seating. Case turned out well.

Recently completed this composite veneer case, using Bioclear anterior clear matrix to achieve ideal interproximal contoured surfaces. Very conservative preparation to conserve tooth structure. Patient was very pleased with outcome.

Finished this implant case today. Straumann implant with gold hue custom zirconia abutment and layered zirconia crown. The give away is the gingival tissue. Lab did a terrific job. Needless to say, patient was very pleased with the outcome.
