We’re partnering with Common Power and League of Women Voters of Snohomish County for 4 days of voter registration this fall, and we would love for you to join us.

From September 14th to 17th, volunteers will be tabling in 12 different Evergreen Goodwill stores across 5 counties in Western Washington helping folks exercise their civic right and engage in the democratic process. Join us and make a difference!

☕ Something great is brewing at Evergreen Goodwill! Our Barista Program has officially launched and we are so excited to help students get into an exciting new career in the coffee industry!

Our 2-week Barista Entrepreneurship Training Program connects students with specialists and case managers to help them remove barriers in their job search. They will also gain the skills needed for employment in cafes such as learning how to make classic espresso drinks, acquiring industry knowledge, and more!

This summer we partnered with Bank of America and their program to provide local rising seniors and recent graduates with an 8-week paid internship, fostering employment, skills development, and service. Today we’re celebrating our amazing summer interns from the program, Amy Tran and Imelda Ramirez! 🌟

Imelda, a rising senior from Lakeside School and Amy is a recent graduate from North Creek High School.

💻 We offer workshops and programs ranging from computer and mobile basics to citizenship preparation and even classes that teach customer service skills, so there's something for everyone!

Classes at Snohomish county are completely full and King county ESOL classes are at capacity. There's still space in Whatcom, Skagit, and Kitsap counties this session. Come in and register ASAP because space is limited!

Meet Alberto Gloria, a talented artist from Luanda, Angola, and a student at the Evergreen Goodwill Job Training & Education Center.

Art has been Alberto's passion since childhood. After moving to the U.S. and escaping political unrest in Angola, he faced financial challenges in pursuing higher education. Evergreen Goodwill's free programs supported him in continuing his work as a painter, visual artist, and designer. We’re proud of his success!

Today marks the end of National Volunteer Month and we’re sending a huge THANK YOU to all the incredible volunteers that support our Mission. Our passionate volunteers serve our Adult Basic Education (ABE) and Youth students by supporting our instructors, holding group ESOL conversations to build English skills and confidence, tutoring Youth students one-on-one, assisting with outreach, and so much more.
