Introducing Leroy & Palermo!! *** Please note that these kittens are not at the shelter. They are in a foster home, and contact information can be found at the end of this listing. These two kittens! They are as entertaining as they are cute! Leroy and Palermo are bonded and will be adopted together. Leroy is a male domestic short hair brown tabby and Palermo is a female domestic short hair white with tabby patches. Not littermates, but sshhhh....please don't tell them because they think they are. Leroy and Palermo were rescued from two different locations, 100 miles apart. They met while in foster care and become besties in about a nanosecond. They are little clowns in fur and so much fun to watch! Leroy is very vocal, while Palermo is as quiet as a mouse. Leroy is the leader and Palermo always looks to him for reassurance. Leroy is brave, valiant, outgoing and fearless. Palermo was undersocialized as a young kitten and as a result, she is still unsure of humans. When she first arrived in her foster home, she hid and cowered, but within a few weeks, her curiosity got the best of her and she began venturing out. She is now out and about and having a ball! She loves her rough and tumble wrestling with Leroy and gets along very well with the household cats and dog. When approached quietly and slowly, she does best. She may never be the lap cat that Leroy is, but only time will tell. We think she will do best in a quiet home without children. Also, she needs an experienced and cat savvy guardian who will be able to read her cues.
