We are closed on Tuesday night for our annual Staff Party Appreciation night! We'll be playing mini golf and enjoying the evening with our awesome employees. Thank you for your understanding!

Some say summer starts after the 4th of July. Some say it's the first day they have a burger on The Slip deck. But some of us know it's a real Seattle summer when the Blue Angels fly!

We have a great staff of young people who do a fantastic job in our kitchen! As they get ready to begin heading back to school, we have an urgent need for temporary help. We will train you, feed you, and you'll earn a competitive wage with full tipshare. This could become a year round position as we own two restaurants, but right now it is a two month stint in one of the best spots in Kirkland. Uncorked! The only festival in the Marina this summer happens this weekend. The Slip will be open from 11AM to 11PM - an extra hour in the evening - on Friday and Saturday if you need a bite to eat and a place to relax away from the crowd.

Look at all the shade on the patio! It's 5:30pm on Monday of the heat wave. 94 today but very pleasant on the shady deck!

Breakfast is now served all day every day at The Slip! Bloody Marys, Mimosa flights, Eggadillas, Monte Cristos, breakfast potatoes, bacon, and more! Come get your brunch on, from 11AM to 10PM daily.

What's for breakfast on the 4th of July? How about an Eggadilla with breakfast potatoes or thick cut onion rings, and some prime sunny deck seating. Beverages - a Mai Tai, Mimosa flight, or perhaps a Bloody Mary? Come early for the best seats and shortest wait times, we are open at 9AM! Kids decorating station starts at 10, parades at 11:30.

Summer nights at the Slip are few, come see us while we're open daily! Till 10pm, dine in or take out. Cloudy nights are the best, no lines or waits.

We built a new quartz counter top outside the Slip. It looks great and will provide a nice durable surface. Check it out next time you come.

Traffic is flowing through downtown Kirkland again! Looks like the sidewalks still need work, but the intersection looks great.

We've got a new awesome happy hour weekdays from 3 to 5pm, and we're cooking the best burgers in town for you! A section of Lake Street may be shut down temporarily but the traffic is flowing into the Marina (from 85th), and the parking lot is wide open. Come support your local businesses while Kirkland gets more beautiful with a much improved intersection at Lake/Kirkland Ave.

The Slip will be hiring soon for summer help! We welcome restaurant or retail experience, and we will train you. It's been a great first job or summer job for many Kirkland residents over the years and we'd love to have you be part of our team. We're a close knit group that helps each other out, we have flexible schedules, great food, and an open air environment with a view of the water from our beautiful new deck and bar! All tips go to staff (in all positions) and we pay $16.50/hour. We're looking for those available to work 4 shifts per week, 22-32 hours or so, and you must be able to work evenings and weekends (including holidays and summer festivals) as that's when we are busiest.

Feels like a fish and chips kind of a day! The housemade tartar. The crispy but soft french fries, the snap of the breaded fish, that fresh lemon. Yes.

This is the biggest update to Happy Hour at The Slip in the last 5 years, and the best HH value-add to downtown Kirkland since the pandemic. Great assortment of awesome eats and additional great drinks, great prices. There are rules though, people. It's our straightforward Slip burger (either tri-blend pasture raised beef, or vegan. No swaps, upgrades, or special requests), it's not for takeout, you must order at the order station for the special pricing (not by QR code). Happy Hour is good Monday through Friday, from 3pm to 5pm, either dine-in or on the deck!

We've got some exciting menu updates for 2024 at The Slip. Like this crispy chicken burger - for those who like a lot of heat! We created an exceptional burger based on our new Ghost Pepper sauce and topped with crunchy jalapenos, seriously, only for those who love spicy heat.
