Osceola County 4-H Horse Program

These girls showed up and showed out at the State 4-H Horse Show last week! They have worked so hard all year, and their hard work is paying off. They represented Osceola County well and did such an amazing job!!!! We couldn't be prouder of them!

Two Osceola County 4-H Horse Program riders are heading to the Regional Show. If you would like to show your support, they will be at Tractor Supply tomorrow from 8 am -2 pm raising money for the Regional Show.

Wishing all of our Osceola County 4-H Horse Program rider's good luck this week competing in the State 4-H Horse Show! A big congratulation to Mo Purdie and her horse Marley who competed today and are now the State 4-H Horse Show Sr. Western Trail Champion!

Our Osceola County 4-H Horse Program riders spent the weekend creating memories, making new friends, and learning new horsemanship skills at the Area East 4-H Horse Show. The riders did such an incredible job competing and they represented Osceola County well! They helped each other, cheered each other on, and celebrated their victories together. We are so proud of all of the riders and wish them luck competing at the State 4-H Horse Show.

Today was a great day for a 4-H horse show! Congratulations to all the riders! Both the riders and horses did such an amazing job!

Thank you, Jessica Kelly, for creating such fun tumbler prizes.

The Osceola County 4-H Horse Program got the opportunity to learn about liberty and trick training today. It was a fun demonstration to watch, and we are so thankful to have such knowledgeable and kind people in our community to show off their skills and teach our youth.

These two Osceola County 4-H Horse Program members had a great time competing last weekend at the Battle of the Barns show.

Everyone had a blast and did such a great job carving pumpkins at our Osceola 4-H Horse Program meeting.

The Osceola County 4-H Horse Program members have been out at the Hastings Ranch & Farm Festival this weekend helping with the horse and pony rides. They are also educating the public about horses. They will be at the Hastings Ranch the next two weekends in October.

Congratulation to all of the Osceola County 4-H Hose Program riders that did an excellent job competing at the State 4-H Horse Show! We are so proud of all of you. Good luck to the Abby and Mo who will be moving forward to compete in the Southern Regional 4-H Horse Championships this upcoming weekend.

Come on out to Tractor Supply in St. Cloud and support the Osceola County 4-H Horse Program riders. These riders have worked hard all year and are raising money to help get to the State 4-H Horse Show in July. The riders will be at Tractor Supply today until 2 pm and again on July 1st from 9am until 2pm.

In May, we had a blast at the Area East 4-H Horse Show and all of the riders did such a great job competing! Congratulation to all the riders who qualified for the State 4-H Horse Show coming up this July!

Yesterday we had our 2023 Qualifying 4-H Horse Show. It was a great show and everyone had so much fun! Congratulations to all of the riders who qualified to compete at the Area East 4-H Horse Show.

Obtaining your horse's vital signs can provide valuable information about your horse’s overall health. Practicing how to take your horses vital signs and knowing what is normal for your horse can help you be more efficient and determine what is abnormal.

Yesterday we had our 2023 Osceola County 4-H Horse Program T-Shirt Show at the Silver Spurs Arena in Kenansville. It was a great educational show for all 4-H riders to prepare for the upcoming show season. Yesterday was a fun day filled with tons of learning! Thank you to Jennifer Sawyer for sharing her knowledge with all of the 4-H members. Thank you so much to First Nature Ranch for allowing us to use the gorgeous facilities for the 4-H riding clinic.

The Osceola County 4-H Horse Program had a great time last night for our Spooky Trail Ride at Twin Oak Conservation Park.
