Today marks the first Anniversary of the loss of my teacher, friend, mentor and brother. I still can’t believe your gone I think about you everyday your teaching and words of encouragement. I miss you brother sleep well in the arms of the angels.

Great jujitsu training day yesterday striking, trapping locking throwing and finishing. Lots of Judo feeling it today lol.

Happy heavenly birthday Soke I miss you and think about you every day. We will all meet on the mat soon enough.

I will be there hope to see you there!!

1st day back this year striking drills, blocking drills and Judo, hard training for those who stay, but worth it.

Everyone our friends and brother martial artist Hanshi Gregory Duncan and Hanshi Ronald Duncan are having a seminar in NJ Nov 18, all who can attend please due so. I wish my friends much success with there seminar Oss.

Had a great seminar yesterday thank you very much to those that attended it was an honor to host a seminar with such dedicated and enthusiastic martial. My WWA and IFOJJ brothers and sisters love, honor and respect always deep humble bow of appreciation.

Working on our bunkai from our techniques, katas and drills-you must understand the bunkai of the techniques being learned to fully understand the concepts and principles. John and Craig working wrist techniques both doing great.

Please do not forget our seminar on Oct 7 everyone is invited, we are going to have a good time.

Everyone is invited to our seminar where we will discuss the traditional jujitsu along with combat jujitsu inside traditional karate katas. Make every attempt to attend much to train on. See you there.
