This week, one of our US Army Soldiers demonstrated selfless heroism and quick thinking. Witnessing a two-car accident on the highway, he immediately pulled over, called 911, and rendered aid to the victims. Thanks to his prompt actions, he kept the accident victims alert and awake until emergency services arrived. This act of courage and compassion is a shining example of the dedication and readiness our NCOs embody, even off the battlefield. Let's give a huge salute to this soldier for his incredible bravery and service! 🇺🇸

(L) Miguel Carranza- Barrias, a graduate of Haines City High, will enter as a signal support operations specialist (MOS 25U), (C) Monserrat Perez-Lozano, a graduate of Lennard High, and (R) Jennifer Arechiga, graduate of Strawberry Crest High will both enter as Air Defense Artillary (MOS 14U).

Ethan Ivngs c/o 2024 graduate of Sarasota Military Academy enters the US Army Reserve as an automated logistical specialist (92A)! Army Reserves can be a good option. Reservists receive the same training as active-duty soldiers, but only commit to part-time service. Reserve education tuition assistance covers 100% of course costs for approved courses (up to $250 per credit hour).

Welcome Future Soldier Emilie Campion, c/o 2024 graduate of Steinbrenner HS. She enters the US Army as a Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst (MOS 35G). As a 35G she will analyze visual data to provide Army leadership with critical information about enemy forces, potential battle areas, and mission support.

Of course our Ft. Carson Educator Tours stopped by to talk to our Education Services Office! In the Soldiers don't have to choose between military service and education. Soldiers can gain valuable career experience/certifications and earn degrees at the same time.

Ft. Carson Educators Tour 2024 provides insight into the US Army. Day 1 saw the at work! We saw helicopters on the flightline with the 4th Infantry Division, a live band performance of the 4th Infantry Division Band and talked explosives with 71st Ordnance Group (EOD).

Day 2 launches! We continue to highlight the role of community leaders and educators in recruiting the next generation of .

Community leaders and educators from Florida and Louisiana had the unique opportunity to tour Ft. Carson, Colorado and experience the life of a US soldier. This eye-opening tour aimed to bridge gaps, dispel myths, and foster a deeper understanding of the military.

Welcome to Educator Tour 2024! A group of 30 educators and community partners from Florida and Louisiana joined leadership from the Tampa Recruiting Battalion for an Educators Tour July 15-19. The purpose of the tour was to provide a comprehensive overview of Fort Carson for teachers, counselors and community leaders.
