Early Voting for the Special Election for House District 35 begins today. To vote early, eligible voters must present a current and valid signature and photo identification at any designated early voting site. Early voting ends on January 13th, 2024. Polling locations will be open 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Check locations and wait times here:
Vote Early As a convenience to the voter, the Supervisor of Elections will provide early voting at designated early voting sites found around the county. These sites may be open up to two weeks prior to Election Day. Dates and times will be posted to our website for each specific election.

The Elections Office will be closed on Monday, January 1, 2024, in observance of New Year's Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 8am.
Florida is a closed primary state. This means that in a primary election in the state of Florida, only registered Republicans may vote for Republican candidates and only registered Democrats may vote for Democratic candidates. You must have your party affiliation on file with our office to vote in a Republican or Democratic primary election.

The Supervisor of Elections Office will be closed Friday, December 22, Monday, December 25, and Tuesday, December 26 in observance of Christmas. The office will reopen Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 8 a.m.

It is important the Supervisor of Elections has your most current information. Do we have your current address? Has your name changed? Is your signature current? If not, you need to update that information. You can update your address on our website. For signature updates you will need to fill out an application form from our office. If you call 407-742-6000 we can also mail you the form.
