First is post 60 days and the second is prior 60 days

Water : 90 oz a day
80% veggies and fruits
10% starch
5% meat
5% bread - too much bloats
Daily skin care : morning hot towel, Rose tea, petal soft
Night time: Rose sugar scrub, wash off with Rose microdermabrasion bar, rinse hot then cold. While wet spray Rose toner spray (obnoxiously) let air dry, self facial massage (upwards) with petal soft moisturizer

I did break out a lil bit because I ate some processed chocolate 😔😭 I’m not perfect but it’s possible to have clear skin!!
