A casual space to enjoy your favorite morning beverage (some tea, cacao, coffee, or snacks provided) while chatting about Consciousness. A safe place to share different perspectives and talk about anything weird and wonderful. We agree to disagree. We are curious about how others see their reality. Everything from Unicorns and Rainbows to Quantum Mechanics and Energy Healing. Light and Dark, Up and Down, Time and Space, Multidimensionality and spirituality… What would you like to talk about?

I’ve partners with Sol Luna Yoga to offer you a Somatic Retreat! This is a full day of in-your-body activities curated just for you! There will be everything from Yoga, Reiki, Breathwork, Essential Oils, to food from Nana’s and meeting the instructors.

There will be several intro classes, so if you are new to these practices, this is an awesome time to explore new ways of connecting with your body!

I’ll be hosting an Intro to Reiki at 3:45PM. If you are curious about reiki or energy work this is for you! I will be giving an intro to what reiki is, a crash course in chakras, and them we’ll get into the body and feel this warm, calm, peaceful, healing energy!

I love, love, love helping you to get into your body, releasing your stress, quieting your mind, and to recharge your energy!

Love and Light is the best birthday present ever!

Think of your energy system as a series of energy pathways, similar in nature to a vast network of streams and ponds. These energy pathways flow in many directions in the body, but with intention, they can flow towards the center of you to Expand your own lifeforce energy, to Expand your heart, to Expand your own consciousness.

If any of these energy pathways are blocked, leaking, or damaged, energy does not flow as easily. This causes it to be harder or difficult to find balance, peace, or harmony within, resulting in more pain and suffering.

Together, in our group energy healing session, we will connect to Reiki, which is white light Divine healing energy, to clear these blocks, repair the leaks, or heal the damage. This will allow the energy within ourselves to flow more freely.

This helps us to open our Heart, raise our Vibration, and EXPAND our consciousness.
