Father-Daughter Team right here. Chesnie Trupiano is the recruting Manager for the Nashville The Trupiano-Ketron Agency. It says something when you work in a business that makes you proud when your children follow in your footsteps and make their own.

Been through a lot with this guy. He started at this Agency the week after the covid shut down. I have seen him work and work. I can't tell you how many phone calls I have got from people asking to work with him. I can't tell you how many people have been promoted to Supervising Agent because of something he taught them. I can tell you this is proud moment seeing Will Copeland promoted to Agency Director.

I just wanted to take a minute today to reach out to you and your staff concerning one of our
guys, (employee) . He has worked for us for many years, and we consider him a good
friend. Our whole Lyon Roofing Family mourned along with him when his wife got the devastating
news that she had breast cancer.

The day that your Liberty staff came in for our renewals, I was a little late coming in to the shop but
Ralph came to find me immediately. He could not even speak he was so overcome with emotion.
I put my arm around him, expecting more bad news about his wife. But he looked at me and said,
"You won't believe what Liberty is doing for me". The money that you provided him with made
the difference for his family of concentrating on her care, rather than how in the world will we pay
these medical bills?

So, I thank you. My other employees thank you. And we will definitely be loyal customers to your
company. Here's hoping that 2021 will find us and our families & you and your families in good
health.
