For those who don’t know, I’m a mom to three boys. So I was so excited when a fellow boy mom came in asking for help getting her son’s freshmen dorm room together.

We built a bed and chose a rug around a black, grey, and white color scheme. Perfect basics for this soon to be college student, and it leaves lots of room for his personal touches!

If you haven’t been keeping up with the Olympics, I definitely recommend starting now!

There’s so many things about them that are so beautiful, and the rings are number one! “The Olympic symbol expresses the activity of the Olympic Movement and represents the union of the five continents and the meeting of athletes from throughout the world at the Olympic Games.” - Olympic Charter

Seeing athletes competing at the highest level is special. But the true beauty is seeing those athletes, from all over the world, coming together and celebrating each other throughout the Olympic Games. People who might not even speak the same language embracing after an event warms my heart so much. That’s why I love watching the Olympics.

Also, that’s why I wanted to play off this exciting current event for our window! If beautiful summer looks was an Olympic category, I’m sure these beauties would bring home all the medals! 🥇🥈🥉
