It is that time of year again. Beef prices are soaring through the roof. It is hard to find quality, good tasting beef. Phil and I operate Mt. Horeb Custom Beef. Phil is a certified Beef Master. We have processing dates for April and May so now is the time to order your whole or half beef. Our prices have not increased. We still sell for $3.85 lb hanging weight with the buyer paying the processing fee. If you are interested in either a 1/2 or whole beef please let me know. Sometimes 3 or 4 families go together to purchase a beef and divide the cost and divide the meat between themselves. Our beef averages between 280 to 450 lbs hanging weight. References upon request.
