Employee Spotlight: Jibby Redfield, LCSW, Co-CEO & Founder

I did not chose counseling as a career, it chose me. I know what it’s like to live with turmoil, hopelessness, fear, and depression. Therapy brings hope, insight, and guidance. It celebrates your strengths, gifts, and talents. It teaches you the value of being kind, patient, and forgiving with yourself. People who decide to pursue therapy for the first time may not be aware that it can actually be fun.

I work closely with folks experiencing depression, anxiety, internal conflicts, phobias, work stress, anger, OCD, etc. I also welcome those struggling with weight management, smoking cessation, or any other habits they wish to change. I like helping others heal. Come as you are and begin your very real journey to a stronger you!

On a personal note, I consider myself a movie buff, gym rat, foodie, and a NBA fan. I enjoy researching what I don’t know and spending time with my family.
Call 4C today to book with Jibby at 865-288-2112.
